DIY Beauty: Quaker Oats and Yogurt Face Mask

During the winter time, do you experience dry and dull skin? Well you aren’t alone,  stress, lack of sleep, cold weather and other environmental factors cause some degree of dry skin on “60 to 70 percent of the population.”

Fortunately, this mask will do wonders to moisturize and brighten your skin. Say good-bye to a lackluster, and flaky face!

First thing I love about this mask, is that it’s 100% natural, and secondly the process only requires about 20 minutes of your time.

Ingredients: 
1 cup of natural yogurt
1 pack of original Quaker Oats
1 tablespoon of natural honey
1 lemon

1) In a small bowl add the yogurt, Quaker Oats, honey and mix well. Then add 4-5 drops of the lemon.

2) Apply the mixture to your face, and leave on for approximately 15 minutes or until the mixture has dried. (Make sure your skin is clean before applying this mask)

3) Rinse your face with cool water to close your pores.
