It distracts your mind from thinking about a million and one other things. If you can do this every night then you will naturally fall into a good sleeping routine.

It seems as though in this day and age having to regulate our mind and the moods it creates is getting harder and harder. There is so much negativity in the world surrounding mental health at the minute, but we think this can be changed. For example, simple changes to the way you live your life can change it all.
