Maria Casalino is a senior at Loyola University Maryland in Baltimore. Majoring in Spanish and Communications, she hopes to write for a magazine rich in culture, travel, cuisine, fashion, and language after graduation in May 2017. Casalino’s passion for culture and language began when she was just five years old when her kindergarten teacher introduced her to Spanish. She recently realized her dream of studying abroad in Madrid, Spain and is eager to return there one day soon.
