It has been such a pleasure watching the emergence of black women in the media. From Pariah which gained national attention even before Meryl Streep mentioned it at the Golden Globes to the acclaimed webisode “The Mis-Adventures of Awkward Black.” I recently came across another series, Between Women which dares its audience to “go there if you dare.” This romantic drama is based in Atlanta, Georgia and tells the story of six friends navigating life and romance.
